Avoid Prints - Where ever possible. In office taking print of 100 papers(around half a kg) out of which after reading that we came to know only 25% (around 150 grams) of sheets actually required
Avoid Taking prints in large fonts Normal human can read with the fonts size of 12 or even 10.
Use Print Preview While printing the mails/documents please preview before taking print because printing single or few lines in one new paper may be avoided. Reduce the margins where ever possible.
Use Economic mode (In most of the Printers)
Saves the print ink by. By using the options just it dulls the prints by single layers.
Use double sides Even for the fair copies the 2 side prints is acceptable.
Use E-Mail & E-documents Easily searchable & easy to keep for the records
Avoid Photocopy (Xerox) - Use scans By making the scan the paper can be saved and can be send to as many people. Who ever doesn't need can delete the mail simply instead of throwing the paper to bin.
