is restructuring needed to our largest Constitution…

We all know our Constitution of India i.e. law of India, turns around 6 decade. It was devised in 1950 and started in act. As with law, amendments carried till date. But i think that it is required to restructure/redefine the law to have its strength high enough as on to modern/changing culture and trends where the basic essence can be maintained with its ensign/standards. Can it be…?

Is it to be....

Save Paper - Save Planet

Avoid Prints - Where ever possible.
In office taking print of 100 papers(around half a kg) out of which after reading that we came to know only 25% (around 150 grams) of sheets actually required

Avoid Taking prints in large fonts
Normal human can read with the fonts size of 12 or even 10.

Use Print Preview
While printing the mails/documents please preview before taking print because printing single or few lines in one new paper may be avoided. Reduce the margins where ever possible.

Use Economic mode (In most of the Printers)
Saves the print ink by. By using the options just it dulls the prints by single layers.

Use double sides
Even for the fair copies the 2 side prints is acceptable.

Use E-Mail & E-documents
Easily searchable & easy to keep for the records

Avoid Photocopy (Xerox) - Use scans
By making the scan the paper can be saved and can be send to as many people. Who ever doesn't need can delete the mail simply instead of throwing the paper to bin.

For converting the documents/mail/web pages into e-documents use PDF printer, PDFcreator is the printer that i used for making e-documents.

Above is the short tips that i learned from the my day-to-day life. For more just search tip for save paper in search engine.

So use this grievance forum and educate others who don't know about this facility. This way we can at least raise our concerns instead of just talking about the 'System' in India .

Can Income based reservation, help the poor?

How far the caste based reservation help the poor can't judged directly, but it is sure the income based will help the poor. Implementation of these system may be tedious and troublesome start as segregation of the people based on this system can't be based directly on the property each having which may down the farmers having unfertile land to high margined income meanwhile the village admin's certificate can't be taken as perfect one. Now-a-days many of us play with taxation by insurance, loan, etc... though the income is moderately enough to live in society. The perfect basis can formed only by all transaction through banks and compulsory PAN system in addition to identity cards. But it may also play the fun on many..... so what can be the way to implement this! Although there is lot of barrier, it is sure current reservation system breaks most of our heads.....

Will Hindi as Compulsory 2nd Language, closes communication gap?

As Hindi is National Language, Making Hindi as Compulsory Second Language in all states of India may close the communication gap between the peoples of states. Now English is used as the communicator for the communication between the central and the states of India and also extensively as a second language. English is international language accepted over most of the countries for the communication. Thus to communicate all over the world, English to be Third Language in schooling. Not just to respect the national Language also to communicate with all the peoples of the Indian village it is need to make Hindi as compulsory second language and also to respect the mother tongue (native language) it should not to be dominated by other languages, it is to be first language. As a sequence mother tongue, Hindi & English should respectively be a first, second and third languages for the states not having Hindi as the official language and Hindi & English respectively be a first and second languages for the states having Hindi as their official language. May others languages be replace the third language or additional optional language be added to make comfortable in learning other language. Language attrition should be avoided while implementing the second, third and optional languages.
